- Honest disposition: what the agency will act on, what it disputes, and why.
- Help validating asset taxonomy and practical workflow.
- Tolerance for a public lifecycle history that also records agency action and completed repairs.
The pilot record is free. Agencies will not be charged for access to the open dataset. Future paid products concern private workflow, integration, forecasting, support, and service guarantees.
Designed not to manufacture liability
Ground Datum separates observation from diagnosis, publishes reviewer confidence and limitations, offers agency response channels, preserves corrections, and avoids routine public declarations that infrastructure is “illegal,” “defective,” or “unsafe.” An agency invitation or recorded response is not certified legal notice and does not by itself establish defect, causation, or liability.
